Visualize what you want your life to be like (in 1 year, in 5 years, or in 10 years)- and then work backwards from there.

We often just start off on a journey with no end result in mind- which means we will never get there.

This may be the most difficult thing you will do this week really sit with yourself and decide what you want.

No more creating more jobs for yourself. Life is too short to be spent doing things you dislike. Do it now!

2. SET EXCITING GOALS
Set goals that excite you- things you can VISUALIZE for yourself, with a real purpose behind them (most people quit not because the goals aren't too hard, but they're too boring.

3- ASK WHO, NOT HOW
We are taught throughout our entire lives to figure out "how" we are going to get something done.

I want to challenge you to shift that- and when you have great ideas, goals, and more- ask FIRST "who can help me accomplish this?" instead of "how am I ever going to do this?".

​4- TAKE YOUR TIME​
Just like you are not going to shed 20 pounds by eating a single salad, you are not going to meet (or exceed) your goals in a matter of days, weeks, or maybe even months.

Be OK with the process and the journey. And realize that each day you are moving forward is another day closer to getting the results you want.

​5- BE CONSISTENT
Even when you aren't feeling it.
Even when you just want to sleep in.
Even when something didn't go the way you wanted it to. Show up everyday. I can't wait to see you do great things this year.
