You need a break / change of environment - take a holiday if you can afford one or at least a weekend getaway at a nice hotel (preferably alone) pour your heart out in a diary, pray if you are a believer, watch your favourite shows, watch lots of comedy, eat as much as you like and sleep for hours. . When you return from your break, make a conscious effort to surround yourself with loved ones and stay clear of toxicity.
