I am so proud of these Bishops, they make me proud to be Catholic. These are not the Bishops he rented for his inauguration to gain credibility! They were direct, firm and did not waver in their position nor their countenance. From the video, you can see they were not ready to give in and pushed back when Tinubu shared otherwise.

Tinubu isn’t oblivious of the situation, I just think it has overwhelmed him and he is fighting to save face. These are the sort of reality checks Tinubu needs, especially from the church/ religious organizations.

This isn’t about the sycophants he has surrounded himself with, it is about being a disaster and a failure in leading the country in the face of hardship. We used this same excuse of being surrounded by sycophants or a cabal for Buhari and here we are doing same for Tinubu.

Before he pursued the office of the Present, I said, all 3 notable contenders know the economic realities of Nigeria, if they were going to use it as an excuse to fail further then they should drop out.

Sadly, I still think he’d get his 2nd term. The opposition parties in Nigeria are fighting against way too factors held by the incumbent to get a fair fight in the polls. I also glad the Bishops addressed that issue.
