CORPORATE MONSTERS OF DIAMOND BANK TERRORIZE CUSTOMER - O. HALES & ASSOCIATES LTD IN A FRAUDULENT SALE OF MORTGAGED ESTATE WITHOUT DEBT IN ARREARS OR MORTGAGEES PRIOR NOTICE OR POWER OF SALE, ON FUNDED LOAN ACCOUNT IN CREDIT BUT DEBITED WITH EXCESS CHARGES & REPAYMENTS.

O. Hales & Associates Limited struggles in a dispute with Diamond bank over issues of well funded but over debited loan account with false charges & excess repayments. Whereupon the bank sold mortgaged property without prior notice or the mortgagee’s power of sale.

The cash inflow 30th june 2010 to 19th november 2015 was N1,388,009,824.29 while the cash outflow from the account was N1,234,151,874.19 leaving the account well funded with a credit balance of N153,857,950.20 as at the time of the dispute in november 2015. Diamond bank freely debited the account fraudulently with N61,620,438.00 which they later admitted was false and have not remitted this to the account till date. Like this wasn’t enough, they was informed by the mortgagee by letter dated 6/11/2015 that the mortgaged property was sold.

Also, Diamond bank and the purchaser of the property have hired thugs in attempts to seize the mortgaged property and unleashed physical attacks on the rightful owner of the property.

O. Hales & Associates Limited addressed a petition to The President of Global Peace Mission (GPM) with quotes as follows:

“We funded adequately, our said account no. 0018891532 with Diamond bank plc whereupon Diamond bank plc freely debited our said account on spurious bank charges and fraudulent interest calculations, totaling the sum of N61, 620, 438.00 which Diamond bank later admitted as false debits on our accounts.”
“Suddenly and without any statutory prior notice, Diamond bank plc informed us by letter dated 6/11/2015, that the bank had sold our mortgaged property, wherefore we sued the bank and the third party malafide purchaser with notice in suit no. LD/2196/CMW/2016,”

“Diamond Bank has refused to honour the court’s judgment to pay the admitted wrong/fraudulent debits in the sum of N4,800,000.00 out of the total sum of N61,620,438.00 discovered by the auditors as the stolen.”

“In desperate attempt to take possession, Diamond Bank and malafied purchaser, with the aid of their hired thugs restricts/banned my staff from assessing our mortgaged property, locked up rented spaces thereby infringing on the tenant’s rights, causing tension and unrest.”

This petition was written almost a year ago and till this very moment the bank has neither paid the judgment debt nor reversed the sale of the mortgaged property or released same to the victim. Diamond bank was then urged by the Global Peace Mission (GPM) and other peace agencies during an ADR (alternative dispute resolution) meeting to reverse the sale of the mortgaged property being the commercial building of the mortgagor situated at plot 245 block 14 amuwo odofi, festac town, lagos registered as no. 23/23/2249 in the lagos state lands registry and to agree for a submission to arbitration to be empanelled on the banks loan account on 0018891532 of the mortgagee.

It is not clear why the financial institution - Diamond Bank Plc preyed on its innocent customer unless by its corporate monsters?"

MTN is indeed a waste network. You buy 1Gb switch off your phone and meet a message telling you that you have 204mb remaining.

I am forced to asked the above question because I am tired of Glo’s wicked and uncustomary treatment all these years.
Last week, I got a call from Glo’s representative on my main Glo line begging me to remain with Glo because I stop recharging the line months back, as a payback for Glo’s wickedness and I told the Glo’s care agent all the injustices that Glo has done to me and she begged me to forgive Glo and that I should let Glo’s customer service know whenever it occurs again.

The crust of the whole issue is that whenever I subscribe to Glo’s data plan, immediately after 7 days of recharging, Glo will switched off my network signal for 2 weeks and returned the network signal a week to the data’s expiration, thereby defeating the main purpose for the recharge.
Glo did this same thing to me 3 months ago and now that the network signal is gone, Glo in their usual satanic manner, may not return the network until a week to expiration.

Glo, my number is 07051948365 and I just recharged on September 28, 2017, just 7 days ago.
Give me my network signal now, I beg you in the name of God and after that I will no longer bother to use your service because I am tired of the headache that I have to pass through each time you deny me the opportunity to use the service that I already paid for.

Please, give my line 07051948365 network signal now.

I use Glo and I have never seen this or had such issues before. You should try reaching a glo office to get it checked out. This thread on nairaland wont solve anything

With N25, you can subscribe to MTN's 500MB night plan from 12:00am to 3:30am. At least, with the plan, I can download my favourite movies and update my antivirus.
