I checked Stanford and there requirement is 3.95.yet to ascertain if it is on a 4 or 5 point scale which I did not meet. if that's the case, can a high GRE score can make up for it.
Please I'ld like to know other schools I can look towards that will consider my application.

I will love to pursue a master's degree programme in US schools in civil/structural engineering. My first degree was in civil/structural engineering too, but I graduated with a cgpa of 3.42 on a scale of 5.
Please gurus, I will like to find out,
What are my chances of getting admitted? I understand I will have to write gre and toefl and perform very well at it.
On a scale of 4,where does my cgpa fall?
Which schools am I likely to apply to that will consider my application for funding?
I have less than two years experience and some professional certificates, what are my chances with Stanford?
What sequence of steps am I to take?
Advice needed please.

Nah man, it doesn't always work that way. Be a better guy,offer her something different,you will become the second, and subsequently make your way up there. Remember you can lose your spot, that shows your in a game. Play smart, leave when the ovation is loudest if you must leave.

I have realised I am a mix of both personalities.

Much of an introvert, don't like crowds.

Don't feel good around much people I don't relate well with. Had a horrible experience in camp during my service year.

Apparently the knowledge of who I am has made me better and will greatly determine the kind of person I end up with.

During registration, I used a random person as my referee(reference section) just to submit the application, with intentions of changing later on.
Please does it affect chances of selection?
