To say d truth, i ate everything d doctor asked me not to eat

But i never stopped taking my medications, i drink a glass of milk before every meal, dis helps a long way in healing, nd make sure u start with lighter meals in d morning, nd i always eat on time, d doctor said i should not wait before i am feeling hungry to take a meal, i turned to a glutton

I eat 5 to 6 times a day,I think it's d reason y i love food

Nd i take a lot of fruits too, so make sure you have little snacks at home just in case food is not ready
