Don't know if this is the best place to post but I will appreciate all necessary help. The way my laptop (HP WINDOWS 10) is zapping data is mind blowing. Once I just connect my phone, either I'm browsing or not it will keep eating my data. Imagine 500mb gone in 10mins without downloading or even browsing. I've tried cancel automatic updates, set Internet to *metered* still d problem persist. Please kindly help me out
PS: I follow ur first tutorial on first page and change updates to notify me first but it's still d same thing.

D.    Once on the relevant page for your award year

2.    You will receive an email that confirms your application was successful.
3.    Return to www.scholastica.ng, enter your Email and Password to download your profile and proceed to have your Head of Department sign on the document.

The problem now is the screen does that once everyday and sometimes it will not and I dnt Understand why,i have touch the laptop screen to see may be it will shake or do that flickering but it didn't. The guy told me its might be a software,please help because I am very far from the guy and I can't risk giving new laptop to any how engineer. It's a Dell laptop,4gb ram 500hdd,corei3,with window 10

Sometimes I even decide to open and close the laptop may be its might be flex and it doesn't flick,it always happen unexpected like a crash on the screen and comes back normal which happens very fast that I can't even snapshot
