I can't go back to using the android kitkat.... that's like living in 2014.. even if you root and install a custom rom you'll still face hardware compatibility issues.. well, in terms of hardware/software minus battery life, the popstar beats the m3 by far.. The Alcatel popstar wasn't really developed for the Nigerian market (countries with low power supply) that's why you don't see the 3-5k mah battery lol... the 2k mah battery is pretty good though with power saving mode...

well i can't say for sure because i'v never used or even as much as seen the gionee m3. But i can tell you this for sure: the Alcatel pop is an Amazing phone with it's major downside being battery ish.

Yeah, I'm planning on buying a galaxy note 5 this year since my note 3 was stolen last year and just to have a good smartphone for the time being, i choose the popstar mainly because it's unique and has that rare feel.. this phone has pure quality.. and the 4x core is really pleasing... i don't worry about the RAM since i can use my SD card as a virtual RAM... goto settings > storage, you'll see something like mount external USB storage, i have an otg cable and i'm gonna try increasing my vRAM to 8GB... I'm still researching though...

people seeing for the first time just couldn't take their eyes off it and what i enjoy most (or rather used to enjoy) is the fact that the absence of name plaster on the face puts them in a pulsating mode...Really it's a cool phone
