I have noticed that it's when someone decides to make a big move that we tend to accuse them of not being legit, Dozy Mmobuosi's case is like that. All these while he's been building his empire, all these news outlets didn't see him?, now he's global, he's suddenly not clean?

Somehow I believe he will do just like he has said, judging from all other projects the Governor has completed in this his reign.
