Yeeeees, it needs to be SEMI frozen in order for it to be whipped to a butter

Pic 7: Whip till it 'rises' and it's extremely fluffy. I whipped for ca. 15 mins
Pic 8: Actually a gif, but this is the kind of fluffiness you want to achieve (Unfortunately unclear because I had to compress it.)
