I have traveled around Akwa Ibom State and I can tell you categorically, this stadium is very unnecessary.
State with highest number of unemployed youths, bad roads connecting other LGs to Uyo, no incentives for SMEs etc.

Its like our politicians lack foresight and they are being encouraged by gullible citizens.

Youths PLEASE rise and demand good governance, Lets put an end to mediocrity.

It is a pity that we celebrate mediocrity too much in Nigeria. It's more pitiable when we the educated youths are doing it.

Majority of the people commenting here do not even know the realities on ground in Osun State. Ogbeni rauf has essentially borrowed Osun State into oblivion, for what? "World class" schools? Who will teach there? Teachers that are owed several months salary and continually treated like trash.

Infact one of these schools in Osogbo township is empty as of now, no students to fill it.

We need to stay woke youths, do not be deceived by these colorful projects, the current political class do not have our best interest at heart.

How does building a colorful school improve the lots of Osun state indigenes?
Does it even really improve educational standards in the state?
