Hi, please how do I make my USB 3.0 ports start working.
I recently got the laptop and found out that only the 2.0 ports are working.
I don't know where to install the drivers but I've gone to control panel to update all USB drivers. They are already updated to the latest version.but the ports are not still working. They charge my phones but can't do more than that.

Secondly, my pc can't restart. But it can boot normally. But when I attempt to restart, it give me that reset option kinda stuff.
I want to know if it's a cause for alarm that is, if it's important a pc must be able to reboot.

Thirdly where can I get a graphics card for Hp 8460p.
It has Intel HD 3000.

Dell motherboard is expensive cos you cant get a fairly used one easily.And the scrap value is like 20k cos the motherboard is the major part of the Laptop and its bad.

if you don't mind, it can be swapped for a clean and rugged UK used Dell or HP Laptop.

I'll be in lagos in 1/2weeks time. We would see when i touch down by God's grace

I was taking a walk with a friend of mine while i observed a bike man stopped his bike and approached a lady maybe to chyke her or something else. You need to see the way the lady ignored the guy as if he doesn't even exist.

I've also observed many girls say they can never date a bus driver or a bike man. Funny enough, these guys earn more than many "men in suit".

It powers on whenever it feels like not when you need it to be on, it responds sometimes and sometimes it doesn't come on even after clearing the CMOS My engineer has tried all he can to fix it but the best he could do was to install windows 10 pro from my former 8.1
I Also discovered that this windows doesn't have a Bluetooth option to toggle on as well.

Please help me in any of my three problems especially the power issue. It doesn't power unless you leave it for some hours

So, three issues

1. Power:
Whilst you must have "drained" CMOS, you should not forget to give it some life by changing the CMOS battery-if it has.

2. Bluetooth:
The bluetooth issue is driver related. You need to get the require Bluetooth driver for your device. Go to the manufacturers site and download the required driver for you particular model.

If all else fails, you will have to go back to windows 8.1

3. Motherboard:
Don't think about that yet... ...

The battery has been changed, no difference. It comes on sometimes if you drain it after like 4 hrs. Most times it doesn't come on.
