Iran's IRGC didn't fire at residential home, rather a bunker housing Israeli nuclear scientists in Arad 10km from Dimona the region housing their undeclared nuclear power plant in Negev that's also used for nuclear weapons production.
The blast from the targeted bunker resulted in what you saw. All accusations Israel used against Gaza is exactly what they are into. Residential houses were built around this area, 20 buildings were affected from impact of the ballistic missiles.
