Medical examination will be conducted by their designated hospitals for any immigrant. So how won't they discover that am pregnant?

Pls I want to apply for Canadian visiting Visa. Will visa be denied cos one is pregnant(though not pregnant yet) and I want to give birth in Canada. Secondly, pls what documents do I need to apply for the visa and when do I apply?

I am 30 years and 3 years in marriage. I am considering ivf and I have contacted both olive branch fertility and Georges. The price is not my problem.
