Please sir, are you sure the FPSO's personnel capacity is actually 43, or the company wants to limit its POB to that number? because this is the first time I'm hearing of an FPSO whose personnel capacity is this small. I know of a couple of FPSO, even FSO whose POB is above 80 (even above 100).

The FPSO will sail to Nigeria from Singapore by end of January 2016. Has crew accommodation capacity of 43 people. So a rotation will accommodate 43.

They run 2 rotations and 2 shifts. Assuming 1 store keeper runs a shift, that gives 4 store keepers. Just my own assumption.

For those asking how many people they are likely taking, their typical FPSO unit takes... Production operators: 10, Maintenance (electrical, instruments, mechanical): 15, Marine guys: 10, Catering guys: 10, Management: 5. Wish you good luck.

p.s: I know this little about them because the company I worked for was their consultant.

They take HND, Bsc and Msc, depends on your experience, I think they want 5 years minimum.

@petertaiwo0, thanks for your contributions, but try to confirm your friend is really working with bw offshore, because they don't have any downstream whatever in ondo or do any exploration. In fact bw offshore is not an E&P company, rather they lease and operate FPSO's on behalf of E&P companies. In Nigeria, they operate Abo FPSO for Agip and Sendje berge FPSO for addax. Possibly they have a new FPSO to operate for another e&p client that's why they are recruiting. My 2 cents.
