Main beams for block 3 dropped to level... Laying of reinforcements for ribbs ongoing... Plus laying of reinforcements for areas with solid slab equally ongoing. Considering the dynamics of this project, the sructural design incorporated both ribbed and solid slabs for all floors according to code provisions and requirements. Attention to details is the hall mark of any successful project. Pctures...

Update on laying of reinforcements for 1st floor beams,... We are dropping the beams penultimate Thursday and then commence reinforcement arrangements for the concrete ribs for the slab. Since we are building a medium rise structure, the code stipulates at least 50% load reduction, hence the use of ribbed slab as against the regular solid slab. I will update on the ribbs soon...

We have not had favourable weather for few days now. We resorted to relying on daily weather forecast for concrete works. Nature must take its course. Casting of foundation for block 2 in pictures...
