I want to thank you all for the concern on my N190,000.00 ATM transfer (on 09/03/2020) saga between @ecobank_nigeria And @accessbank_help. Today 27/05/2020 after going to the both banks and got the attached replies, I got a refund on my @ecobank_nigeria acc around 6:46pm

The problem is from Access Bank Maybe you should ask one of your lawyer friends to write a letter asking whybtheybjabe held on to your money and its causing you mental and physical distress requesting for damages with response from ecobank and copying CBN, Consumer protection department and access bank audit, funds transfer and interbank units or whoever has been involved in responding to you.
Your money has to come out and you ought to be compensated. Okay sir |

femmyapson: have they refund your money they have not sir, this is the reply from Ecobank as a response from CBN stating they asked for a refund from Access bank. Access bank didn't credit me and they are not giving back the money to ecobank. ��� |

Ask questions why eco bank said access bank got the payment but access bank said it refunded back to eco and for 2 months, one of them is holding onto your money fraudulently ... I will do this right away sir |

I was seeing the money in my access bank app for over a month till it disappeared suddenly.. I even thought someone transferred the money, I was scared But know I don't have an ATM card for the account, I rushed to the bank the next day which was on Saturday (the bank was close). I couldn't sleep for 2 night. I went to access bank the next Monday and since then, nothing has happened. |

Meel: I am not the type that allows people to cheat on them easily, but in this kinda of situation, I have to let it go.
The town I am residing is very far to the nearest location the bank is situated. The transport fee to and fro is close to 600#. I have being there several times, wasting transport fare and nothing has been done.
Pushing further means expending scarce resource during this pandemic. And if I am renumerated later, it will be a loss on my side.
mynd44, lalasticlala pls take this to the front page and save a soul. I go to bank almost everyday. There are times I have to go as early as 7am because of the queue under the sun, sometimes rain. I transport myself too (the money am supposed to feed myself with during this pandemic). Since 09/03/2020 over 70days now. |

This is what reputable lawyer will gladly want to take up and sue both banks. They are just tossing you around and imagining threaten you for arrest.
Get the contact of Femi Falana to help out and you will see them bombarding you with calls to plead I would try this sir, but I don't really know how to get to him. |

Braino001: Go to eco bank and print out your statement of account from the day you initiated the transaction till date and forward the statement to access.....or better still ask eco to provide you with the 30 digits NIBSS ID generated for the transaction for easy tracking..... Its just a system failure from either access or NIBSS.......Your fund is safe and you will be credited I went to ecobank today and here is the replied they gave me; "This is not a NIP transaction but Quickteller We have raised a charge back to confirm status of the transfer from access bank, this was declined that the beneficiary has been created. They can confirm on extraswitch with log code- EBN033780955" I don't know what do so again. Help me |

That’s where the error is coming from.
Accessbank says that credit alert was an error and that’s why they debited you to resolve the error.
The money has been there for sometime, I was saving the money in my access bank because eco was deducting charges that was why I didn't request for ATM card on my access bank. This is the statement from Ecobank starting from 8/03/2020. I withdraw N10k from the ATM because I had to deposit cash immiduateli into my new access bank and tranferaes 190k from same ATM as shown here.

I have done that I sent my ecobank statement to access bank via email and twitter I have tried many ways within the 2 months. Nothing to show for it |

I have sent mails to cbn and sent all evidence including statement of account from both Banks but no reply. I am frustrated and I stay in Ondo State where there's no interstate movement so going to Lagos to complain physically is very difficult. I don't know what else to do. Over 2 months now

I transferred 190k from my ecobank to access bank on 09/03/2020 (which is my tuition that my parent have suffered to get) but an access bank staff fraudulently deducted my money on the 17/04/2020, I don't have ATM card or any means of performing online transaction on the account. I have been to access bank several times and they denied the existence of the money in my account. It's over 70 days since I transferred the money and no useful information on when it will be refunded back to me and the bank has been pushing me around since then. I have been to ecobank several times too and they said the transfer was successful. I attached here section in my statement from access and Ecobank showing details of the transaction. There's no other way to pay my tuition and I can't tell me parent, they are old.
