. I wonder if you know the current state of the accreditation of the EKSU college of medicine. Infact, i was told one of the MSA association leaders was just admitted through DE at OAU-Ife. The incumbent governor said he wasn't aware that the college hasn't been accredited after 3 years in office as he commission a new hospital named after Ewi of Ado when EKSUTH need massive upgrading, i even heard rumours about plans to privatilize it.The building on ground now are anatomy, physiology, medical library and the new med. biochemistry and pharmacology complex including hostel at eksuth and lecture rooms. As at now, there is 300 level-A, Level-B and even Level-C when next session commences this month. They couldn't proceed due to the accreditation saga and the government especially keep on making promises of how heaven would fall for the past 4 years, but, the governor-elect promises that he would put proper things in place for accreditation on assumption of office after three month(As i was told) but only God can fulfil all promises. Infact, only God can accredite. That is why students here pray and must fast for speedy solution but i know God will make it possible. Amen, thanks #eKsU TeaM#

its not too late to go back and continue ur biochemistry. Medicine is for those that have genuine passion for it. your own passion seems to be for money. Anyway you can only discourage money slaves like you. quit now or you will regret later. There may be no money but there is fulfillment.

JstBrave: Alakada my foot! I watched the part 2 recently, the story line isn't realistic. She lost her only brother because of her lies, yet she didn't learn her lessons? So many scenes were uncalled for in that movie.

I am not much into nollywood but I have watched both Alakada(Toyin Ahimaku) n Jenifa(Funke Akindele). The two lead actresses in this movie really tried, but I ll go for Alakada. Dat movie was fun from d 1st scene to the last especially Part 2n3. Personally, I think Return of Jenifa was overhyped due to large source of sponsorship and the use of many stars. I don't I really learn a lesson from Jenifa, a runs girl who actually made it. Jenifa character was too fake and she over do things (because I dont know why her intonations/pronunciation didnt change) but Alakada looks natural and I realised that there are people like that in our schools and society. You have to see Toyin in other movies she's always funny. Chau Chau

Aladelokun: To Everyone. Please, i want your advice about this pathetic situation. Actually, i was admitted to study medicine and surgery in Ekiti State University in 2012(medicine is the only department in the college for now) and for the past four years, there was no accreditation, it is always story story that even some of my mate took jamb and successfully admitted into other school to pursue mbbs. The worst is even the 300 level-A student that were admitted in 2009 but were unable to proceed for clinical at EKSUTH,(i don't know may be this is true that the Provost told them to go and start planting cocoa) now we have 300 level-A ,B and the present now 200 level just promoted to 300 level -C. Infact, my friend told me on friday that the EKSU MEDICAL STUDENT ASS. vice president, 300 level-A was just admitted to study denstitry in OAU(200 level)At the college, we have physiology, anatomy, medical library complex(which is the best in Nigeria) also under construction pharmacology and medical biochemistry building. NOTE: this building are just too beautiful. and what always pain me most is that virtually all medicine study are very(very) brillant not to talk of those that should be in clinical now but remain dormant. Infact, they don't come for classes again. Please, now to be proud, i know am brillant infact, i had the best GPA among my mates last semester. What can i do? now that jamb is around the corner, though i graduated from one of the FSTC in 2011. Please, great medics what can i do, after two years in 100 level, because, here there is always incessant internal strikes. Please ADVICE me as your elder younger BROTHER.... Thanks.
