sir with all respect i never sent a wronge video on purpose and i could plead with the buyer to extend my time if that be the case fiverr supports that .. talking of my experties no one jumps on a skill without proper knoweldge. i learnt animation frm a guru in the house and i paid aloT for it.i creat characters on my own with power point thats to give u an insight on what i can do . and nt the normal fx vedio or video scribe every one everyone uses.its all a mistake that can happen to anyone pls stop ur assumptions because they are strange thank u sir.

sir i created a video for this buyer with same title of a video i had while sending i sent the wronge one my phone was down no means to charge becuz i stay in the hostle then the next day i got a power source to charge i login to find this and he has dropped over 5message i quickly appologised sent him the correct file nt knowing he has dropped a bad review already when i found out i contacted him even offered a revision but he neva replied again thats what happened sir.

Meanwhile, in case you find yourself in similar situation next time, here's what you should do.

Contact support and open a dispute.
Articulate your case to support and the buyer
Prevail on him to modify the review - that's after you've articulated your points.
Send a review modification request.
If he accepts, send him the right delivery.
If he ignores, report the case to support.

In the end, you wouldn't have lost in two cases; earning a a terrible review and losing your effort.

goodmrning great pipul i have a problem i'll like my ogas to guild me throuh a buyer order my gig its was a 3days duration gig the work was so much that it need days because of the reguirements.on the last day of this order i got a new order of 24hrs i delivered the video not knowing i sent the wrong video before i could know whats going on this buyer toke me to cs the order was cancelled he dropped a very bad review were he called me a scammer i contact him and told him it was a mistake i told him to reorder same gig so i could deliver which he did i deliver and the disappeared with out reviewing his early statements i hav tried contacting him.he does not repl
