Good afternoon and we trust you are fine.
Please find attached our Declaration form, to enable our Scholarship Beneficiaries declare any relationships with Government Officials.
Kindly complete the form and send back a scanned copy to me on or before Thursday 4th of July 2019.
We urgently require this to process 2019 payments for Scholarship Beneficiaries.
Note: Candidate’s relationship with a Government Official does not invalidate the Scholarship offer.
