Go to their office in PH but before going send them a mail informing them of your issues and if possible mail them your award letter.
They should reply you once it is received.
I do hop you are not on Total, Chevron or Agbami award's.

I received a text message from SPDC Unisch,I went to the dean of students affairs as it instructed,but there wasn't any letter for me to pick up
