3.Create another Nairaland profile for urself and always follow his update in other items he posted ,like until he notice your profile,never share it but always comment with sweet thing like " God Bless u as u" or am interested in your item but still expecting fund to purchase from u" just make so sure he noticed your username, do this for 60days ...remember they are smarter... always look innocent and unharmful from ur comments to their post...by doing this they will focus on and start to nurse u until you fall their victim.

4.If u can research them on other social media also engage them their too with another username.. note ! Don't engage them with same username in other social media network.

5. After 60days of all that..call them innocently and demand patronising them ,when calling first praise him the good work and services he has been rendering on social media especially "Nairaland" that he should keep it up...tell him u want buy thus particular item he posted and engage in negotiate, never accept his own price easily try beat down price,never make the negotiate look so easy and fast ..at the point of negotiation still demand him to explain how u can use the item to ur own benefit, just make the negotiate look so real like u are so much interested at that particular item ...so after all negotiations is done ...then here come the logistics process ...Remember to tell him ur followed him so long and u had interest on that item ...never demand for his location immediately when u called ...allow him demand urs first... Its very certain he will tell u he is at the north ....(Only Agriculture Fraudster Says he is at the North) them accept OK u will place order by next tomorrow ..Never accept u will make payment immediately ,tell him by next tomorrow.. So anticipation will be their ...Then u will call u by the day expected himself... demand his account details. When he send his account details: Take it to the bank

Though bank don't give out their client detail for their own security reason and protecting their client...

What u will do is demand for their manager ,accompany with DSS or other government security agencies... Ask the bank to flash that account by posting that amount u negotiated into the bank account he will receive alert on his phone normally... Remember to inform the accountant to flag that account a fraud so that he will be apprehended at any where he wants to make withdrawal... In that case ATM might have been seized by the machine and transfer will work...by him doing transfer he will have network issue either the fund will be hanged,so he hill want to enter the bank to complaint.... On getting inside the bank then already the account is flagged he will he apprehended and send to area of complainant.
