Land ownership is the best investment you can ever have!!! Here are a few reasons why 1. Demand and supply - Since land is a scarce resource, its price typically rises with time, unless there is an incident that renders land partially worthless. 2. Development: Every city is growing. You will pay less for the land that is remote from the city center and where there isn’t any construction. However, it is inevitable that things will eventually settle around that land due to growing cities. There will be new road construction. The local economy will grow. The cost of land will be significantly impacted by this. Depending on the development in the area, the price of land could increase significantly. 3. Free from market Volatility: Land is not an equity, thus it is unaffected by market instability. Land prices will always increase. What are your thoughts regarding Real Estate Investment?? |

Peter Obi is the target of blackmail simply because he chose to run for the presidency. That man is spotless. He is as spotless as white. I used to support ASIWAJU, but after giving Obi more thought, I realize that he is the best candidate for the position. If we miss it now, that’s it. God has selected him to redeem Nigeria. It is something we should not miss.
