@Ytechconst, i have had a similar experienced too most especially on costin and achitectural plan.Some1 got my 3 bed designs and costing to roof level at the very best price, and away he flew neva to hear from him again. People think all this things are easy to come by u spend hrs to design, hours to cost and even make fone calls to know the current material rate and even use internent u pay for to send it and eventually not to even get a thank you in return. So painful God go Judge. |
@ Poster you av two post on this topic, this one is seeking for free costing while the other is requesting for qoutations as if you have a job you want to give out! this suggest to me that you are one of the people that poses like a client on this site and syphon other peoples intelect work under pretence, this quite unfair. If u ve gotten a job to qoute for and you dont know hw to go abt it seek for free assistance you may be lucky to get one! Cheers |

What could have happen to the buildings in the pix below? Is this not a huge waste of money, resources and life, just because of laxity and ignorance or perhaps failure to spend little to save all? These buildings did not collapse but encountered foundation failure. What could have caused? 1. Failure to take the foundation to appropriate depth where the soil bearing capacity could bear the building load and subsequently relate it well to road level. 2. Failure to Engage seasoned professionals that will do a thorough investigation before and after buying your property. For instance, someone that can not afford to spend more than 3 million on a foundation will go and buy a swampy area or an area with a very high water table level. i.e prospective land buyers do not consider their budget b4 choosing land to buy. 3. Failure to engage season and well trained professionals who will ensure adherence to specification and standard construction methodology.
