We are in Urgent need of a building with the following features:

1. Loaction: Lekki - Agungi - Chevron-Ajah Axis
2. Most Prefarably a building built as frame structure and still on foundation level
3. Building approval and C of O is a MUST.
Please this an urgent need and a sure by within the shortest hours possible as soon as your property meet our needs.

@ Agboforme, thanks for ur response. What we need is not a complete structure a building at foundation level, proposed to be built as a frame structure also with building approval and C of O within the axis i mentioned in my first post thanx

What of Lekki Phase 1? I have a plot with foundation for 3 terrace houses and a pent house directly on Admiralty Way with C of O and approved building plan.
