Dearest colleagues, please herewith is a question I was asked in an interview that had me blabbing without arriving at any answer. Maybe u can help rectify d answer to it by injecting ur own view here. Were you mandated to choose one out of the two options? I want to believe you weren't.
Anyhow sha! If I am asked such question, seriously I would say both and defend myself.
Reason is because, if you're not effective in a job role you CAN NEVER be efficient. Also effective means good in the job role while efficient means result. So both goes together.

In a nut shell, if you're not good at leading a team, your team can never produce result or meet target.

My good people of nairaland and beyond, Pls I am presently working as a biometric staff with diamond bank as a contract staff. But I got offer from AB micro finance as a loan officer. The pay for diamond is 50k while that of AB is 70k. The diamond work come wit no stress while the AB micro finance is loaded wit stress and the threat to meet target. Pls give me your good advice my dear brothers.

Remain with diamond bank joor! I hate target job because anything can happen if you don't meet up, your salary might be slashed or better still relief your job.
