I believe gay folks should be allowed to marry whomever they want to but it would be very wrong to force a minister whose faith does not permit gay marriages to wed them. If they feel the need to be married, they should get someone whose beliefs permits such to do the honours.
It is against the Teachings of the Church to use or promote the use of contraceptives in any way possible. In as much as non-Catholics and Catholics alike (though under the pain of sin for Catholics) have the freedom to choose to use contraceptives, it will be wrong for Obama or any government for that matter to force the Church to promote the use of contraceptives under any circumstance.
