My interview is early next month and uptil now no passport in Ekiti state command. What do I do, my old passport will expire in November

Am seriously confused at the moment. My passport will expire in November and the renewal I commenced in Ibadan over a month is not through yet. They kept saying no passport on ground. And am suppose to be going for visa interview in August, plz house what can I do?
