Beloved, The duty of every Shepherd is to feed/take care of the flock/sheep. Isaiah 56:10-11. That projects, building etc is not what matters to God. What matters to God is His people. How? Deuteronomy 32:9-10 For the LORD'S portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance. He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye. Jesus said to Peter, in John 21:15-17,Lovest thou me more than these(projects etc)? Feed my lambs/sheep. Projects are good but God's purpose for the sheep is better and best. Why? Jeremiah 3:15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding. And as a result, they will multiple and increase. Read also Isaiah 56:10-11. the grace of God in a person's life through faith.'' do you know what Grace means, ? we are not talking about abilities. but rather unmerited favour from God. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast. if in the old testament, your perfection could not give you a right standing with God for all have sinned. how then do you think it will now? Jesus is our perfection.

Beloved, if you don't know who you are in Christ, people, circumstances and situations will show, tell you who you are not. How? Elizabeth was called Barren. Luke 1:36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren. People will even attribute your circumstances and situations to sin as in John 9:1-3. Adam transgression/disobedience is what made you a sinner, Christ obedience has made, qualified you for righteousness. Romans 5:19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. So you must stand in faith to actualize who you are in Christ. You are not a failure until you begin to blame someone else, read the book/Bible, your freedom is hidden there. Problems are not problem, they are challenges to bring/catapult you to a greater height in life. So, sometimes, God closes doors because it is time for you to move forward. He knows you won't move unless your circumstances forces you. How? Just like what happened in the Acts of the apostles, Jesus told them in Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. But they all decided to stay in Jerusalem instead of going. So in Acts 8:1-8, God caused persecution, And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles. Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word. Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them. And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. Beloved, Do you know that in the new testament, in God's plan and purpose for salvation, that it is easier/possible for a bad person to get saved easily than a good person ? Why ? The good person sees him or herself as better than others based on his/her self righteousness/character, therefore, does not see the message, the gospel of Grace as God's new way through Christ in saving them that believed. How ? John 9:16. The Pharisees, Just because they know the law, hear what they said about Jesus because He healed on the Sabbath ''Therefore said some of the Pharisees, This man is not of God, because He keepeth not the sabbath day. Today a lot of people are still ignorant of God's new way of saving people through Christ. So, when a pastor makes a mistake, that will be the Headline, a whole pastor, is he truly a man of God ? Yes, he is. God uses the weak things of the world to confound the mighty, and no man is good or righteous without Christ( The Grace Himself). 1Corinth.1:27-29. You know why ?
