All is wrong with the timing. They are other ways to track govt earnings (ICT deployment) and then with the cashless policy on ground, business moves. Here the government is only interested on what it earns and what is the aim of any govt in raising and spending money if not to stimulate the economy with the attendant benefits including employment generation.
