Though inec process to combat rigging is not still fool proof,but the fact remains it's very difficult to rig elections using official polling agents.
The only ways of rigging elections presently in Nigeria are (1)through voter inducement (2)through bribing electoral panel judges.
Any person telling you or you believing any other form of rigging is possible or if it happens would significantly affect the outcome of these elections,is a semi-illiterate,a f ool or outrightly being mischievous!
