I got a recommendation letter from my local government but is was signed by the

Assistant chief Admin officer
for; Chairman

I attached a screen grab of the letter to show how it was written.

Going by indications from the past exercises the process will run past September which is when most schools require you to resume. How are you expected to apply for visa when you need the award letter to get I20 from US schools before you can book an interview.
