The mutilation by morgoth haven't gone far yet... that's why they still have human wants (wanting land and freedom) and not looking totally worse off .

Looks like you're not following the show at all. Right from season 1, they've been making Tolkien twitch and turn in his grave. Destroying canon has been their motive all along😪. You can imagine them trying to make Orcs relatable by making them have wives and telling us they're fighting to keep their wives and children alive😂😂😂 like Orcs are humans or elves with feeling - creatures that were made from goo and slime with one motive but to do the deeds of their maker. You can imagine what they'd do to the franchise next.
The only studio that hasn't shat on a franchise yet is HBO

If the main purpose of the orcs are to see that sauron is dead and now they want to form allegiance with galadriel.

This could be promising if only Snyder ain't the one helming the writing. I'm also seeing a bit of "team work to take down a greater evil" which is becoming the central theme of Snyder's works. Rebel Moon doesn't give me confidence.
I'll still watch it tho. To see if the man has it in him to evolve his storytelling.
