Besides the Crux of the argument is what makes Batman as a character...and that is his character being one of a street level vigilante...
until later writers forced him into battles way above his tier

Everything about the way Batman as a character was created...and the way he fights is that of stealth combat...
Batman stands out as a street level vigilante, who uses his cleverness, stealth, cover of darkness and his tech to clean the streets of Gotham...

Just because one or two authors decided to give Batman a super powered suit doesn't change the core of what is Character is meant to be and what fits his character...

Batman was never intended to be fighting superpowered aliens...that is a fact that practically everyone can agree with
And that is what Drinker said and I agree with

His core skillset and fighting style is better suited for stealth combat. His character is better suited for same...


Just because some writer decided to put him in a different scenario and give him an overpowered suit doesn't change that

For Batman, I disagree with you. There is no suit of armor that puts Batman on the same scale as Characters on Superman's level.
No one is denying the existence of these feats in comics...but even in the comics they are well-known as PLOT ARMOR FEATS hence the mockery of the so-called Batman Prep time

A single punch from superman level aliens will destroy every suit of armor Batman has...
These characters have such universal scale powers but when they meet Batman they are nerfed so hard just to put Batman on an equal fighting scale...

Both in speed and in power, Batman lags far behind no matter what suit he brings...
There is no viable explanation why Batman should be useful in combat against enemies who can keep up with Flash and Superman's speed

There is nothing in Batman's skillset that realistically puts him at these level of combat. Batman's skillset is far better suited for stealth combat, not fighting superpowered aliens in broad daylight...

Batman is more of a vigilante...that's why most people prefer the Batman stories that focus more on that rather than those where he's somehow shoehorned into large scale universal level combat

There is a reason the whole CGI controversy started in the first place. The movie cost almost 300m

Secondly, Critical Drinker said in his opinion Batman is better suited for night stealth battles rather than out in the open alien combat. I don't think he said it's never happened before.
The reality is Batman is a street level Superhero, but the formation of the Justice league and teamups in the comics led him to fight way bigger enemies.
That's why the Batman is well known for PLOT-ARMOR termed PREP-TIME. Simply because his Skillset does not match these superhuman aliens...e.g superman

Thirdly, I've said many times that my reviews are not based on anyone's opinion. I clearly said that I've said a million times before that I hate the whole multiverse thing and that Critical Drinker has same opinion from his video yesterday.
For months now, you've heard me talk about my hate for multiverse...has nothing to do with Drinker


Fourthly, I've stated here many times that I only agree with about 70-80% of Drinker's reviews...not all of them

I watch him and reference him cos I like his style and not cos I see him as an authority

Some guy miles away said that Batman shouldn't be fighting alien? Wow! I can't believe it, like you said, dude have zero comic book credibility. The same Batman who even fought against The Predator in one of the comic book crossover, someone is saying he shouldn't be fighting against aliens.

All this shitty reviews and nonsense opinions is why I don't even pay attention to these movie critics. I won't be surprise some of them get paid by some of these movie company to shit on movies or hype it.

The flash

I went in a bit hyped but got disappointed.

The plot is simple but pales in comparison to the original flash point.

The ending felt lackluster and Zod was disappointing but the highlights of the movie were miller, Keaton and Calle.

overall a decent watch

Didn't really enjoy the last episode of Raw. It would've been a good Raw 5 years ago but given WWE's recent form, this was a miss. Everyone seemed more nervous, they fumbled their lines more often, and the action wasn't enough to compensate.

Just to highlight two standout moments, Becky Lynch told Zoey Stark that the latter had no personality, and then Zoey Stark just went and proved her right. Stark is better than most in the ring but still has a king way to go on the mic.

Furthermore, the crowd really did Finn Balor dirty in his promo. Oh man, they griefed the hell out of him. A less experienced performer wouldn't have been able to salvage it at all. However, we have the potential set up: a possible MiTB victory for Damian Priest followed by an immediate cash-in during the title match between Balor and Rollins when both competitors significantly weakened. Book it Levesque!

One more thing, we both know that Brock Lesnar is going to interfere in the Cody v Dominik match, right?
