One factor I'm looking at is that Koeman doesn't seem to be able to improve any player offensively. So I don't see Dembele growing in this light. If Dembele was coached by Koeman, Ten Haag or even Tuchel I'm sure his goal sense would have improved. But Koeman attacking players seem to regress under him. The plan is just to pass the ball to Messi to do it all. Especially those his two annoying gems — Pedri and De Jong.

Barca's style of play is very annoying. All bark and no bite. What we need now is an all out 9 and a very creative midfielder.

At the beginning of the match, Messi played as a striker alongside Dembele, but he wasn't getting the ball cos there wasn't any really creative player on the pitch. He had to drop back a bit to create, but we don't have a Haaland kind of striker to convert. See Mumu dembele counting leg like an amateur Messi is like the only striker and central attacking midfielder. This coming transfer window should be used to buy the right players.

Our general gameplay wasn't that bad tho. We controlled the game and had most possession, but it's the goals that wins the game.
