I don't think it has anything to do with quantity of movies, the MCU is simply more structured and has a set direction unlike the "scalar" DCEU that has no plans but rather reacts instead of acting.

I wont argue with you yet until they are atleast 15 movies in...so for now you can presume whatever the fvck you wanna
