Oluwole Osaze-Uzzi, has faulted the commission’s de-recognition of the David Mark-led leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), insisting that the Opposition party should go ahead with its planned congresses despite its ongoing leadership dispute before the court.

Now, we have a precedence just last year when Ganduje resigned as APC national chairman and the party met at Aso Rock and appointed Prof Nentawe as chairman in a NEC meeting which became binding on all organs of the party and was accepted by INEC.

The property at the centre of this affair is a house at 79 Randall Avenue in North London.
