Not supporting any side, but the story has some gaps. If there is a court injunction it means the land is in contention and as such no party is supposed to develop the land until the matter is resolved.

I think the "owners" of the land should seek legal redress and am sure they will get justice if they re in the right.

It's you who didn't understand issues around what has been posted. There are many procedures that are not performed in government hospitals because one or two equipments are lacking. Government will not provide them even in a decade to come. For that reason, such procedures are referred outside the country. That doctor helped her a great deal if she doesn't know. If she wanted a receipt she should have simply opted to buy the equipment for the over a million na. Now she has had a successful surgery, at a reasonable fee, she should be greatful. That surgery alone is over a million in a private hospital excluding other expenses. If she had gone to India she would even cough up much more.
