Meanwhile the "virus" from what I see is more like a clickjacking script that as the name implies, makes it look as it you clicked an ad (meaning the person who published the ad will be paid).

Then on desktop, it also tries to download an extension that spams your browser with ads.

So if you go to https://myportal.nimc.gov.ng (the official NIMC Portal), it'll refuse to connect.

But somehow, by some strange means, if you reload the error website (that blue reload button in Chrome), it'll immediately redirect you to a different place and create some dubious interface, and in some seconds, it'll start downloading a virus.

I'm not sure what the virus does cos my Adblocker grabbed it in time, but mehn, weird stuff.

Fast forward to one fateful day we were having a bad season as a family...

There was a lot of prayers during that time, pleading for God's help (was still young, maybe just starting University).
One of the issues we were praying about was was concerning my dad, it was as though he was trying to sabotage us or something so we were just asking for any sort of help. 😅


That night I was in the parlour just existing, all of a sudden my dad's picture that's been hanging on the wall along with many others just fell slamming on the ground.
I checked the picture, the rope holding it had cut.
Didn't feel normal shaa, I rushed to my mum's room and eavesdropped a bit, sure enough she was praying.

When she came out I asked her what she was praying about at that time, I showed her the picture that fell.
She was quite happy immediately I started explaining... She said she was just praying about that stuff relating to my dad and right as the picture fell, her without knowing got the impression that "a strong man has fallen".

Whatever that means, I'll never know, things sha got much much better from there in our house.
Our dad didn't die btw, but he changed a lot.

Many things in general happened during that time that I can't even begin to share for privacy sake

Another thing that came to mind:

I was in class 5... Had this girl I fancied, she was in class 4. We'd talk a bit, whenever fantasy things came to mind, she'd be the one I'd imagine spending the rest of my life with (yes).

One faithful evening, I slept, I dreamt.
In the dream, she was putting on a dirty socks as cloth. Imagine a white socks that's been worn for like 3 days straight by a typical primary school boy. Now imagine it was big enough to be a gown, that's what this lady was wearing in the dream.

I woke up happy, happy that for the first time I finally dreamt about this my friend/crush.

That same morning, in school, she was expelled from the school. The event surrounding it was quite disgraceful.

That was the only day I ever saw that girl in a dream.


Few years later, I realise that dream was in fact, NOT normal.
Those that are into interpretation of dreams might get the gist

One of the earliest I remember was when I was maybe in class 1 or so (primary 1)

It was night proper. I just felt afraid with no explanation so I went to my dad's room, dad wasn't around so I hopped on my mum's bed to keep myself under her spiritual protection (my mum was the typical prayer woman normally 😅).

Was still afraid tho, just lying down, eyes open.
At some point I saw something like a completely black person, black as though you're looking at a shadow. It just stood in front of mum's wardrobe and immediately, everything started spinning behind it.

Was more confused than shocked, I know I wasn't sleeping at all.
As soon as I raised my leg to position myself and take a better look at whatever it was, the stuff vanished. Weird.

Now it's easy to conclude stuff as hallucination, whatsoever. I won't know. That would be the first and last day I ever "hallucinated" I guess.

Later around dawn (maybe 3am - 4am) that same day abi night, I went back to my room... Still awake looking around, the stuff seemed to come back to the door of our room (was an open door with a kerosene lantern at the entrance), it'd kinda dance right at the entrance and run away into the corridor each time I get up to peep...

Talk about once in a lifetime experience

Last night my younger one told me she's scared (of the dark)...

After thinking through, talking strong and all that, I kinda remembered my days as a scaredy young boy, and by extension some of the supernatural (paranormal) stuff I witnessed as a young lad.

If you don't want to be polyglot as in programming languages then you can be polyglot in frameworks by adding either desktop or mobile frameworks. React Native comes to mind since you are already familiar with React or you learn Dart or Kivy etc., as for Desktop, you can use Electron or Python Guis or .Net🤕.

With the above, you can diversify anywhere in tech. Systems, Backend, Data analysis, Gui, CGI, Blockchain(Rust, Js, Ts and Python), Desktop, Mobile etc... Cyber security will require a different stack but with your knowledge of python, and shell; you will just add to it: Selenium, Docker, C(not necessary though) along with the rest.

There was a time I spent too much energy trying to convince people about the truths of the bible, but God once said to a man, "you make a poor Holy Spirit."

Now, when you come with a question, I ask you to keep an open mind, then we go to the Holy Spirit in prayer and He will answer you better than I can argue you into.

So, if you want to know if Jesus is God, we can do that.

And not like my "I don't know" is from a place of ignorance of Scripture, lack of knowledge surrounding the arguments from both sides.

Sometimes it's okay to NOT have an opinion on something.
Or better put: Sometimes it's okay to wait till your opinion (argument) comfortably challenges every other opinion and defeats them flawlessly.

We have several Scriptures referring to God Almighty and Jesus the Christ as two different personalities, and of course the Holy Spirit as a third entity.

There are also Scriptures that give the impression that THEY all must be the same Entity.

Whenever there's an an argument that shifts to taking sides, sometimes it's okay to not be a partisan. Sometimes it's okay to stay at the middle and think.

Wise words I once heard: Whenever Scriptures seem to contradict itself and people are choosing each extreme... Most of the time, the truth lies at the MIDDLE.
And the same applies to almost every partisan argument in society.

I realized that many Christians no matter how strong they are in faith have certain passages in the Bible that they secretly wish they understood, especially the new testament. So I decided to make this post.

So many Christians can't rebut any challenging question being asked about their book, and that's really unfortunate.

Like someone recently asked me why Christians believe Jesus to be God when Jesus himself said He can do nothing of his own accord (John 5:30).😂😂😊😂
