Destiny can absolutely be changed because it is an illusion. Destiny is a choice and you have it in your own hands, God says it has been given unto you to choose the path to walk, As you have the liberty and the freewill to choose between good or evil so as you have the liberty to control your own destiny.

For example, God Gives every bird it's food, but He does not throw it into its nest, it depends on every bird to look for foods , it is in the hands of every bird to die with empty stomach or to spread their wings and go out of their nests to look for food.
