Who told you that the name is Fake ? although his name "Adetshina" wasn't properly spelled, it could be for various reasons. It could be document error it sometimes happen, i mean a situation where someone erroneously misspelled your name on a document and you couldn't change it back and decided to go along with it.

The father could also be one of those half caste Yoruba or Igbo, with Igbo and Yoruba parents, so many possibilities. You have no reason to make any conclusion regarding the matter until you have all the evidence after investigation.
