get plenty head of fish[ maybe 4-5 etc] , cook with fresh pepper,slice . lot of onions, little maggi / 1 cube. cook well untill well done with eyes popped out. EAT with possibly a cup of tea( milo n milk) make it a weekly stuff.. OYA WATCH YOU SLEEP until you even start thinking its a problem. REMEMBER to lace ur boots and run atleast once a week.
