First withdrawal in a month(bank Transfer) is free, subsequent withdrawals within the month is charged @$6 depending on your currency denomination in your 365 account.

The transfer takes about 3working days to get to your account(could be less, could be more ......but doesn't ever exceed 5working days).

v3: I have an android phone which i use on WiFi sometimes at work. Recently, the network began requiring authentication via proxy(user/pass) to connect to it. I've tried Sandroproxy(no root required) and it's NOT worked for me . I've also tried to go rogue by rooting my device but nothing seems to be clicking on that part as my laptop can't even detect the phone to save its life. I've been on XDA to download USB drivers, i've installed OEM drivers but nothing has worked...I've even tried the Android 1.0 driver thing, which worked on a previous phone(different laptop).

Any help?
