Type this inside ADB: fastboot oem get_identifier_token

....and press enter......any bunch of gibberish that displays inside ADB......copy and paste it in here.

PASTE IT well in here......well ooh(No go gimme extra work ooh)........or go to pastebin.com and paste it there and send me the link.

Now.....Launch the ADB on your PC.

Remove and re-insert your battery into your phone.
Boot into your bootloader(Power + volume down......hold both of them.....don't let go till you see the fastboot menu on your phone screen)......select the FASTBOOT mode.
Connect your fone to your system.

You are doing something wrong then. have you confirmed your registration through the link sent to your email.
If you have done that....it still doesn't work......consider changing your IP.

HTCdev is the only surest way to unlock your bootloader without issues unless you want to go through the S-OFF route. That route is damn too complicated.
