Not really. That one fears me sef. Like Bob Marley right? Braiding is fine but most stylists make them too tight. That's why most people that have them don't have hair. Either from permanent damage or the hair being too stressed.

The only thing I do is flat ironing really. If I want my hair curly, I'll put it in four braids, not tight, leave it overnight and take them off in the morning lol.
