Brother, its not totally " a take care of me thing" am talking about a serious relationship here, not "a run in and run out" relationship.. If you really care for the person, its your duty to support both-sided, but as a guy.. you know what you should do, if you can't practice these little habits now, I bet you, you can't do more when you are married.

Yes they should give reasons, but you should also try to learn how to trust.. I don't mean you should trust everybody, but people who deserve it, some persons have this "I can't trust anybody mentality" and it has caused them so much regrets especially in marriages, but if you learn to trust it would give you inner peace and less worry..

If you are a lady, you would understand what I meant, you can also refer to Ephesians 5:22-25. It is not a crime for a woman to love a man, but most women take it upon themselves and over-do it, neglecting that passage of the bible, and they become hurt in the end.

SOME BASIC TIPS ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS, OUR NIGERIAN LADIES MUST NOT DISREGARD. :arrow:

NB: Being a woman is a unique privilege that God has given to you, because he has deposited something inside your very specie that makes you more unique than any other, and that is what I tag " The will power of a woman" .

It is not by accident that you were born as a woman rather than a man. God has designed you for greatness, and in order for you to accomplish that greatness, you must first discover your purpose as a woman. "You have to stand for something or else, you will fall for nothing" . Especially in terms of relationships, there are basic things that you must know in order for you not to be misled, which are:

1. You must know that it is not your duty to love, but that of the man. The bible says; "Husbands love your wives likewise, Wives be submissive to your husbands". Am not saying that you shouldn't love a man, what am trying to point out is that, you shouldn't give too much of it, because if you do, it will become one-sided.

2. You shouldn't go around doing " wifely " things for a man who you are not even sure would take you to the altar, even if he will, you still shouldn't do that yet. Doing that will only make him understand that, there's nothing left to be seen in you. Because, you have just unravelled your whole package before a Boyfriend, not a Husband.

3. There are certain responsibilities that a boyfriend/husband-to-be/husband has to assume from the very first day he makes his intentions known to you. It is not your duty to fulfill all of them , the very least you can do, is to remind him. If he cannot do the basics things for you while you are still courting, then what can/will he do when he gets married to you??

4. Trust: I know the word is hard to fulfill, but you as a person must learn how to trust people, especially the one you are courting. You must practice and build your trust life now that you are not yet married. Trust is a very vital key in every relationship, and it is your duty to a custodian of it, no matter the situation.

5. You must have a vision. As a young lady, you must know what you want in life, what you want to become, the kind of life you want to live, the kind of man you want to marry, the kind of home you want to build and many more.. All these things must be placed on check! You don't just accept anybody without finding out first, who they really are, if you both share the same/similar values. If you are totally different from each other, I don't think its wise to force a blend, because it will only lead to disaster, along the way, one or the both of you will get fed up with each other, and that will bring so many regrets.

Conclusion:
I urge you Beautiful Nigerian ladies to make the right choice today, don't go for eye candies or fantasies, but open your eyes and choose wisely. Because marriage is a game till eternity, and there's no going back! Be wise!!!
