sleuthhound:Learn later in life ke......... U know how many recruitment I Don do, Airforce Dssc 2013, before I go sign attestation form list Don commot, FAAN graduate recruitment (same procedure with EfCC) for interview dem talk say I over qualify( I shock) . Baba nor be u go tell me as Naija dey go.. Abi lasgidi boy. Me Don zero my mind say na my last federal recruitment application. I rather continue my law practice Me nor say even if dem like make dem select three people with or without connection my name must dey that list by Gods grace. If God wills otherwise life goes on. Afterall na person appoint efcc chairman. |
Adexlexy:Yes, I be learner. How u wan take get the job na without due process. Believe in ur country for once. If person get sure connect there won't be any need to come to this forum na... Why waste ur time. I believe Magu wants to make a difference in this recruitment. Mr Magu nor fit just carry us play for one year like that na. |
Adexlexy:Both the exam and interview scores including scores for dressing will be summed together.....this efcc guys aren't joking. They want the highest scoring candidates. But I know preference will be given to male because of the regimentary nature of the training. In other words there will be more men than woman irrespective of the outcome of the result with due respect to gender equality. |
sleuthhound:Ur absolutely right..... The permutation can change at any point. Afterall dem nor dey release the list make people cross check, na sms dem dey send. Even the Senate and house committee wey suppose dey cross check didn't even know the recruitment has not been concluded. In my own case na me and my family friend from my local government they compete. But I am calm. It's not about saying let the best candidate win, rather na favour of God. Exams and interviews are not true test of knowledge. Some people got easy questions while others where unfortunate |
zakson4real:Says Magu, NDA is very big na |
zakson4real:Na old site of NDA o not NAF |
peddyholl:Magu didn't mention the date per say but the officer sitting next to him mentioned that the recruitment will be completed before 31st of March, 2017. It was in response to the Senate committee question on why EFCC have spent less money than appropriated on personel cost. For those doubting, when u watch the first video allow it to run, there are about 5more videos including the latest videos. So don't interrupt the videos cos it will keep Loading other ones. Am excited at least I know the wait will soon be over. Cheers |
zakson4real:Please inform us...... Who is that man on white native (incase we asked during training) ![]() |
Where is our comrade Paragon. He seemed to have more information than efcc officers as reliable sources are deliberately withholding information. I believe the Efcc is monitoring it's officers as per this recruitment (don't think there is a more thorough agency in Nigeria than this commission) If the list is not out by 1st week of March den there is a fundamental problem because it would seem as though the EFCC is playing the waiting game deliberately because the Chairman himself said the list was ready. We started this recruitment before the Police but the police are already 3months in training. They will soon pass out sef. By April/May we would be close to a full year cycle. |
sleuthhound:U completely misunderstood my question. I realize its difficult to have an educative discussion with some folks here without personal sentiments creeping in. That's why I hardly comment..... I prefer reading tho I have been on this thread since its inception. I Asked u a simple question and u wrote an epistle. Ur already talking about being my boss in a Job u have 1/3 probability of securing (as per Mr Magu's Video). I don't believe in Repeating or restating all this popular slogans Nigerians echo around because it has been shown that a lot of Nigerians don't practice what they preach, Our Judges who are suppose to be the cradle of professionalism, integrity etc are highly corrupt. we are highly religious but not morally upright. That is why corruption pervades every facet of our society. We must understand the root causes of this menace in order to defeat it.... That was what I sought to discusss with u before u took it personal. Everybody who has done his/her home work knows the Efcc is the last place to seek for Wealth especially as a core operative of the commission because the efcc may re-deploy a seconded policeman back to force headquarters for re-assignment but a core operative will never be let off the hook when found on the wrong side of the law, so I see no reason why u should start talking about money chasing. Please have an open mind when discussing issues for no knowledge is lost. Have a nice day In the group spirit of service (esprit de corps) |
Trojan13:Sir, will u be willing to do it for free. Bursting economic and financial crimes and arresting offenders. U will not receive any salary or emoluments. No pension or gratuity. At the end of each month efcc will issue u a certificate of patriotism to our fatherland @greatnigeria Please be sincere in ur answer. Thanks |
daniella04:They still recruit experienced hands especially on the professional level and the pay is higher than the 200k efcc pays it's fresh Detective Supritendent. One of my senior legal colleagues told me about the recruitment of experienced hands about the same time we were being interviewed To be honest with u, I see nothing wrong in asking for information about ur Prospective employer. The same way they select us is same way some folks select organizations too.... It's all about experience. The problem with our youth is that they have been subjected to long years of unemployment as such they tend to jump at any opportunity just to work irrespective of being underpayed. |
Layshooo:Thanks bro.... I wish u same |
franklin1138:The message dropped since yesterday na..... I have already booked my ✈ already. I know like two people who also received the message. |
collins777:Lol ![]() |
Alkanyawee:I will take this as an academic exercise with the aim that we learn from each other because to be honest, most people are more interested in the list than the nature of efcc. You made mention of the efcc act which I have read long before this recruitment even started the original act was Efcc establishment act 2002. The 2004 act amended the first act. I cannot remember anything that suggested the efcc being civil by way of operations. Infact I was amazed by the wide sweeping powers given to the efcc, aside for special powers like the power to freeze an individual bank account on the interim the act states that the efcc shall have all the powers of the Nigerian Police Force including the power to bear arms. Efcc is a super lawenforcement agency. It a thing of pride for any body to be an operative of this clandistaine organization. Secondly the act says the efcc shall be headed by a person not below the rank of an Assistant commissioner of police or its equivalent which means a civilian can never head efcc. Lastly be cautious when u read things from Wikipedia not every information stated there are correct or up to date. Some of those information are uploaded by people who may not even be knowledgeable than ur self in a particular field. That's why they keep updating info, you can even write to them to update an info. The efcc has admin or support staff who are civilians but the efcc it's self is a law enforcement agency like the Nigerian Police Force, NDLE etc |
Alkanyawee:How can u say EFCC is a civilian organization. For avoidance of doubt and just in case there is an interview, EFCC is a law eforcement agency. It's operative undergo regimentary training. They bear arms. |
You guys should better pray that Mr Magu is cleared of any misconduct by the panel headed by the Vice President. A new chairman may discountinue this present recruitment . Just the way this DSS Director General canceled the recruitment of officers who had already completed training and where on final three months internship posting. God let you will be done |
zakson4real:Pls who are the "we" that will resume on this ur date. I hope I am included o. Cos no text message has been sent. |
gatti23:Onward together ......this recruiment is all about survival of the fittest #Lawofthejungle |
Life could not have been more difficult for Dr. Innocent Ogbue, a loyal Arik customer, who landed in police custody after omplaining about the poor treatment of Arik passengers while waiting at the boarding lobby at the Murtala Mohammed international Airport to board a flight to New York. It all began on the on the 17th day of November 2016 when one Arunna Sanu ,an Arik staff ,saddled with the responsibility of checking in passengers on the boarding queue, launched into a lengthy phone conversation while on duty which caused an unusually long wait on the queue. Visibly irritated by the call, Dr. Innocent Ogbue turned round to discuss to a fellow customer about Arik’Air poor service, and surprisingly, that was his offence. What started like a private conversation between two customers degenerated into ugly situation which would not have been, had the Arik staff handled it professionally. After threatening to refuse boarding to the passenger, on the baseless claim of his being unruly for making a harmless comment to a fellow passenger, he decided to follow good on his threat by inviting a senior Arik Staff who proceeded to refuse boarding to Dr. Innocent Ogbue. The entire drama continued as Dr. Innocent Ogbue was subsequently transferred to the aviation security who found no evidence of any wrong doing, to the Nigerian police, at the Airport police division, where Mr. Innocent was detained for allegedly trying to cause a breach of public peace from 11:45 pm till 3am the next morning. At the station, his International Passport and his phone were seized and he was asked to report himself later in the day. Dr. Innocent who is a medical Doctor based in the United States, bitterly lamented that all this unnecessarily delay had led to him missing his crucial appointments and also deprived him of seeing his wife who was hospitalized after a near fatal accident in the U.S. He has vowed to seek redress to ensure justice is done .He says, it is not just about him but the millions of Nigerians who suffer harshly as a result of poor customer service. |

Girlbestfriend:Don't give up on ur country....after all Good luck Jonathan, a man from the minority was president of this country |
You guys are just crying over spilt milk. This problem has been there since after the Biafra war where the north ensured they shift from regions to states. Over the years deff northern regimes have created more state and local government in favor of the north and introduced the federal character principle so that no tribe will dominate the way Igbo's dominated pre-biafra war except the north. The north has 19 states + Abuja which is also north in the real sense while the south has 17 states and fewer LGs. This means north has more senatorial district and constituency. Even if they do recruitment by state or LGA the north will dominate it. All we can hope for is that they do the EFCC recruitment as 5per state as earlier planned which means pressure must be put on EFCC to release the final list as per state by state basis. It will mean that all this northern names will be limited to 5 per state. |
Girlbestfriend:I don't think it can be corrected in a very short period o except with surgery. You just have to believe #faith |
Thanks y'all for the BMI calculation tips. I have calculated mine. My BMI is 28 .7. I am officially a vegetarian for the next one week. Since the list was published, people are beginning to make very useful comments. It appears everybody is confident in the process. |
emmaraj:Thanks. I don't know how to calculate it. I'l just go on a one week diet so I can lose 4 or 5 kg to be on the safe side. Just confirmed my weight to be 85kg |
chemistry101:[quote author=chemistry101 post=50571698]When is your screening date?[/quote Next week sunday |
Please what's the minimum weight cos I weigh like 88kg. |
They have succeeded in making the procedure more cumbersome. Going to Kaduna twice for screening and interview is not what one needs at this period of recession. |
Adortem:Bross I hail u o.. ..u dey shuttle between police and efcc recruitment. U get mouth |
Layshooo:Well said. Dem no need tell person twice, this whole thing has always been survival of the fittest. |
