@ Odese_Rep, thank you for offering to help. Like i mentioned in my earlier post, my organization is primarily into Business Process Management and we have Six Sigma practitioners in-house. I understand the peculiarities of Six sigma and i equally appreciate the differences btw it and LEAN. it is in these differences, i.e shorter cycle time, limited use of statistical tools etc that my interest lies so im kinda like "fired up for LEAN" , i know the fad is now "Lean Six Sigma" but i prefer the niche expertise,

Hello house. Does anybody by chance know a good training outfit that renders comprehensive tution on the Principle and Practise of LEAN in nigeria or anywhere else in Africa? I am currently involved in Business Process Management and i wish to invovle myself more with Process improvement and practise based on the LEAN method with particular focus on Service industries against its traditionalleaning for manufacturing industries.

Any useful tips on how to go about this will be appreciated

its really suprising that most of the military officers that are on nairaland forum are yet to respond to this topic.

I sympathize with the lady in question for the assault/humiliation. however, i am skeptical to believeing that the ratings could just single her out for "no reason" as she claimed. Granted, the nigerian ratings/soldiers/airmen are mostly morons and zombies to whom, assaulting a "innocent" citizen (a woman for that) isnt wrong a thing to do but the conduct of the Admiral (a Senior OFFICER) is to say the least very ungentlemanly! My father retired from the Nigerian Army as a Colonel and i can bet my life that neither him nor any of his close friends that i know could have condoned such from their subordinates.
if it is established that there was indeed, an incident of provocation (grabbing of the rating's uniform and seizing their horsewhip as claimed by the naval spokes person), the ratings could have acted as they did but it is still not a justification on their part and on the Admiral's part.

This incident is saddening if the facts as the lady put it are correct.

I love my girlfriend very much, i mean this cos iv had countless number of women b4 she came along and its been bliss since. we have been dating for close to a yr now and both parents know and approve the relationship. However, i have a feeling that she has an induced love towards me perhaps because the effizy etc i showed(and still do) during the time i was asking her out, the extremes i got to to make her happy etc, and that she deep down inside doesnt love me "as much as i do".She cuts the pix of a mum's girl but she keeps secrets alot. most tins i discoverd about her later were thru hearsays which she wud confirm, but i cudnt understand y she neva opend up despite hw much i mite have askd her b4. she just came back from a vac and while she was there, kept mute about wot was appening until i asked her and she then admitted "pressures" from guys. a particular one she claimed was her friend thru out the vac sent her a txt which i stumbled upon saying he cudnt sleep without saying gudnite to her. id eralier seen many pixs they snapped 2geda etc. She had previously done a lot that space wudnt permit

a lot i feel bothers on the fact that i showed her too early in the relationship that i was serious about her, iv a feelin if id treatd her like the "other girl" tins mite be different. im finding it difficult to trust her cos a part of me tells me she's just playing along prob cos everyone says "we are such a perfect match" and im seriously thinkin of looking for another woman. i tink iv come a long way to know when a woman is trully in love with me, the symptoms are all the same everywhere, love i believe has one language,
