Travel › Re: ₦30m To Japa With Wife And Children? How Are People Doing It? by Pythagon(m): 5:46pm On Oct 01 |
Globalscholar1: Thanks for sharing the details.
At 36, with 7 years in IT/Instrumentation Engineering, a BSc (Ed), and a family of 3, I wouldn't pick a country for you based on the ₦30M alone.
The part I'd want to check properly is how your actual IT/Instrumentation work maps to the occupation codes and qualification requirements of the skilled/employer routes available to you. That can change the options considerably.
So before spending money on applications, I'd first narrow down the routes that actually fit your profile and family situation.
If you want, send me your exact job role/duties and whether your wife is working, and I can tell you what part of the profile needs checking first. AI generated response. Are you automated? |

Politics › Fuel Purchasing Power Of Nigeria Vs United States. Oct. 2026 by Pythagon(op): 10:50am On Oct 01 |
Following the removal of fuel subsidies and subsequent price hikes, a Nigerian earning the federal minimum wage can afford just about one tank of fuel for a standard sedan each month.
meanwhile workers in the US states can purchase well over 1,000 liters of fuel monthly.
This is what it means to be a third world country.

Science/Technology › Why I Prefer Grapheneos To Android OS by Pythagon(op): 8:06pm On Sep 24 |
Android places Google at the system level, whereas GrapheneOS hands total control back to you.
GrapheneOS has maximum privacy, advanced security hardening, and zero forced telemetry. If an offline game or utility app tries to connect to the internet, you can completely block its network access while keeping the app functional.
Android has Google Integration that is deeply embedded at the system level with elevated privileges; cannot be fully removed.
Graphene is completely de-Googled out of the box. funny enough it only runs on Google pixels devices for now

DaddyJapan: Lebara is actually a Mobile Virtual Network Operator. (MVNO) in those countries, as is the case ihere..
It piggybacks on the Airtel network in Nigeria, so its service is only ever going to be as good as the underlying infrastructure (masts, antennas, spectrum and base stations) can support. if the network is not better at least it should be cheaper |

Romance › Dating Is Not Easy For Women! by Pythagon(op): 1:51pm On Sep 19 |
Some people think that girl can simply ask anyone out and easily find a partner. But they are being myopic and delusional. Hookups may be easy to find. But finding a responsible man for a committed relationship or marriage is not.
Women must be very careful about their sexual partners. Many guys are ready to lie and say anything to have sex then walk away. But an unintended pregnancy can change a girl's life completely.
The idea that women always have endless options is also untrue. Many women do not have suitors lining up. Especially those that are not too pretty. Generally speaking. A man can keep asking any girl he sees on the road out but a woman has a small limited pool of potential suitors that will approach her throughout her lifetime.
Which brings me back to my title

Mariangeles: Can a man fill the space of a woman in your life? That is, assuming you're straight. you are taking this the wrong way. A serious man will form meaningful relationships with other people, including other men. Instead of thinking he can just “acquire” women to be his prebuilt emotional support system |

Politics › Re: Ilegal Miners' Death In Niger: NSCDC Commandant, Suberu Siyaka Aniviye Suspended by Pythagon(m): 7:39pm On Sep 18 |
owobokiri: Illegal miners should be treated like illegal oil thieves. There are soldiers manning every segment of some strategic oil pipe lines in the east,.with orders to shoot and kill if anyone trespasses. Monitoring, arrests and punishments of illegal solid minerals thieves should never be relaxed because of events like this. Rather, measures to arrest more culprits should be intensified..
To start with, they are not supposed to be doing what they were caught doing. They were caught sabotaging the economy. Essentially, they're no saints! If the government should improve procedures as to how arrests are done in order to avoid deaths, that should happen. But this event should never be allowed to be another propaganda tool in the hands of those who stubbornly steal from the state, while contributing zilch to national growth.
The NSCDC man should be recalled if he didn't do anything wrong..
Thank you all Those miners are not saints but they are children. Meanwhile People stealing millions are still being worshipped. |
