Mine just got approved and I only uploaded my I-20, Completed DS-160, and SEVIS receipt-Just three. The rejection might be caused by another thing like the brief explanation part or check if you uploaded the right documents.

Good job ny11. This will help prospective applicants to make their payments with ease. I just downloaded the app too. I can see that it allows you to make SEVIS I-901fee , WES evaluation fee and other payments right from the comfort of your home in Nigeria.
